Program Overview
The primary goal of the squash camp is to provide a glimpse of the boarding school experience and the system that has propelled Mercersburg Squash to a 12th-place national ranking and produced US Open champions, All-Americans, national champions, and Ivy League and NESCAC recruits. Training sessions will focus on key aspects of the game, including movement, shot selection, technique, and mental strategies. They will also incorporate match and video analysis, along with strength and conditioning, to provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to player development—a central pillar of the Mercersburg Squash Program. By the end of the camp, athletes will leave with improved confidence and a deeper understanding of what it takes to excel in squash.
