A Tradition of Support

In 1893, when Mercersburg first opened its doors, the school consisted of 40 students, four instructors, and three buildings on four acres of land. Today, thanks in large part to a deeply ingrained tradition of philanthropy, Mercersburg is a vibrant academic and residential community with 441 students, 107 faculty members, 40 buildings on 300 acres, and a $253 million endowment. Philanthropic support has guided the course of the school's history.

Every gift to Mercersburg is important. Gifts made each year through the Annual Fund provide students with critical resources and access to a transformative academic experience. Academics, athletics, performing and visual arts, scholarship aid, campus speakers, technology, and international studies are just a few examples of what your gifts help provide.

The generosity of the Mercersburg faithful can be seen in our students' ability to succeed at the collegiate level and in an ever-changing world. Mercersburg students go on to serve and lead the communities in which they live.

Thank you for investing in Mercersburg Academy and in the lifelong success of our students.
