The Mercersburg community is wonderfully diverse. Students, faculty, and alumni represent the global world in which we live. The student body includes citizens of more than 40 countries.
Mercersburg does not offer ESL within the academic program. Students can choose (or may be required before enrolling) to attend the ESL+ Intensive Summer English Language Program, which is offered on campus during the summer before the school year begins, to hone English skills and familiarize themselves with the campus and its resources. Mercersburg offers a Writing Center, learning and tutoring services, extensive residential resources for dorm living and personal well-being, an intentional adviser system, and many other academic resources. Mercersburg also serves as an official TOEFL iBT test center, offering on-campus testing a few times a year to our international students.
