- Campus moves to virtual/distance learning
- Dormitories and most campus buildings closed
- Essential personnel only working on campus, staff working remotely
- All travel, campus visits, and events canceled

Phase 2
Limited Activity
- Reduced schedule of in-person operations staff working on campus
- Employee return-to-work protocols set in motion
- Employees allowed into offices for essential items only
- Human Resources holds supervisor training
- Health-screening questionnaire created to check symptoms before coming to campus
- Temperature checks put into place at the Health Center
- Visitors for on-campus faculty allowed on campus while following return-to-work protocols
- Travel and events remain canceled
June 19, 2020
Phase 3
Some Restrictions Ease
- Franklin County moves from the yellow phase to the green phase
- In-person operations staff working on campus
- Employees working from home until August 3
- Fall 2020 Return-to-School plans recommended, created, and reviewed
- Visitors for on-campus faculty allowed on campus while following return-to-work protocols
- Travel and events remain canceled
