Mercersburg sent a portion of its boys' and girls' track teams to Maryland School for the Deaf (Frederick, MD) April 26 to compete in a tuneup meet against the hosts and six other schools. The Blue Storm boys' placed second overall while the girls' took third.

Many of the Mercersburg athletes tried some new events as the team prepares for the drive towards MAPL and state championships. Maddie Goodhart '24 won the Discus, and the girls' 4 x 200 and 4 x 400 relay teams also took first place.

The Blue Storm will send a few athletes to compete in the Penn Relays on April 27-29 while the full team (both boys and girls) will return to action in a meet at Hill School (Pottstown, PA) on Saturday, May 6 at 1 pm.
