Track & Field Wins 10 Events at Landon

Mercersburg’s outdoor track & field teams had a solid day at the Landon Home Meet April 2 in Bethesda, MD, with Hannah King ’23 winning four events, Chris Watson ’22 taking two events, and six different athletes in total earning individual victories.

Event winners for the Blue Storm included:
King: girls' 100m hurdles (18.77), 300m hurdles (52.74), pole vault (6-0), high jump (5-0)
Susan Concordia ’22: girls' triple jump (31-9)
Arden Phoenix ’22: girls' discus (87-4)
Watson: boys' 200m, long jump (23.51)
Collin Metcalf ’22: boys' high jump (5-10)
Cy Dittman ’25: boys' pole vault (7-0)
