Mercersburg outscored Lawrenceville 30-18 in the second half to pull away for a 58-41 girls' varsity basketball win in a MAPL contest played at Mercersburg January 20.

The Storm started slowly and trailed 17-14 after the first period, but moved out to a five-point lead at halftime before taking full control in the second half. Annie Mohr '26 and Madison Goodhart '24 scored 13 points each to lead Mercersburg while Raquel Cordero '24, Lilly Crounse '25, and Alli Caretti '26 each had 8.

The Storm is now 9-5 overall, 2-1 in the MAPL with a game at Stone Ridge of the Sacred Heart (Bethesda, MD) on Thursday, January 25 at 6 pm.
