Visiting Peddie overcame two weather delays and a determined Blue Storm boys' varsity lacrosse team to emerge with a 13-9 Mid-Atlantic Prep League win April 22.

The game was very tight through two rain delays and nearly three quarters of action, and Mercersburg led 7-6 with a couple of minutes left in the third period. But the Falcons scored the next six goals to take a 12-7 lead midway through the fourth quarter and then held on for the 13-9 victory.

Mercersburg is 1-6 overall, 0-2 MAPL, and visits Martinsburg (WV) high school for a game under the lights on Wednesday, April 26 at 7 pm.
