Mercersburg fell to Park School (Baltimore) 17-13 in a girls' varsity lacrosse game played in Baltimore May 3.

Head coach Kristin Ahlgren commented that "it was a good fight", but the Blue Storm came out on the short end of things. Zareena Sorho '23 scored five goals and added two assists, becoming the third Mercersburg player to top 100 career goals. Hailey Chepren '23 joined the 100 Point club for her career by scoring three goals and handing out three assists. Zarreen Sorho '23 scored twice, had an assist, and "did a tremendous job on the draw for us", said Coach Ahlgren. Linley Hill '23 added two goals and Emerson Lissette '24 had one. Scarlett McArthur '24 stopped eight shots in the Blue Storm net.

Next up for the 9-5 Storm is a MAPL contest against Hun School of Princeton on Regents' Field at 5:30 pm on Saturday, May 6.
