Mercersburg squeaked by host Blair Academy (Blairstown, NJ) 4-3 in a Mid-Atlantic Prep League girls' varsity tennis match October 20.

The Blue Storm took the doubles point with two convincing wins out of the three matches and then split the six singles contests. Mogere Nyakoe '25 fell short in an epic battle at #2 that went to a match tiebreak, but Cate Daugherty '25 pulled out the clinching point at #3 in a struggle that also went to a match tiebreak. Hisano Enomoto '25 defeated her opponent at #1 singles, surviving a major challenge in the second set, while Anezka Pospisilova '26 played her best match of the year in a straight set win at #5.
