Mercersburg travelled to Hightstown, NJ on January 28 and defeated Peddie 43-24 in a Mid-Atlantic Prep League girls' varsity basketball game.

The Blue Storm led by just one at halftime, but turned up the defensive intensity and outscored the Falcons 22-1 in the third quarter to put the game out of reach. Annie Mohr '26 led Mercersburg with 15 points while Rachel Hull '23 chipped in 10. The win improves Mercersburg's record to 3-2 in the MAPL (9-9 overall) and will likely secure the #3 seed in the league tournament.

Next up for Mercersburg is a rematch at Spring Mills high school (Martinsburg, WV) on Tuesday, January 31 at 7:30 pm. Spring Mills defeated the Storm on January 26.
