Mercersburg scored 23 points in the first quarter and rolled to a 67-30 win over host Peddie (Hightstown, NJ) in a MAPL girls' varsity basketball game January 27.

The Storm only had seven players in uniform, so everyone had to step up and contribute. Madison Goodhart '24 (21 points), Alli Caretti '26 (12 points) and Jessica Dang '26 (8 points) all posted career highs.

The win was the third straight for the girls, bringing their overall record to 11-5 (3-1 in the MAPL). They have a big MAPL contest against Hill (Pottstown, PA) at home on Wednesday, January 31 at 4 pm.
