The girls' JV tennis team ended its season on a seven-game winning streak by defeating Grier School 6-2 on October 26, and then edging Hill 3-2 on October 29.

In the match at Grier, the Blue Storm won all five singles matches while Grier took two out of three doubles contests. Anezka Pospislova '26 took the 8-5 win at #1 singles with Amy Marathe '26 (8-1 at #2), Emily Tan '24 (8-4 at #3), Rita Wolf '25 (8-8 [7-5] at #4), and Isabella Tai '25 (8-4 at #5) also taking part in the sweep. Delilah Hemstreet '25 and Reese Alter '26 lost a tough 9-7 match at #1 doubles while Ruby Shang '24 and Cecila Wang '25 also battled hard before losing 8-6 in the #2 match. Arpi Karapetyan '24 and Fran Garcia de Brigard '26 completed the scoring with an 8-3 victory in #3 doubles.

The Saturday contest at Hill was a much different affair as the Blue Storm had to squeeze out a narrow victory in a doubles only event that saw three different match tiebreakers. Pospislova and Marathe came from behind to win the #1 doubles match 2-6, 6-3, (12-10 MT), but Hill pulled out a 6-1, 4-6, (10-5 MT) win over Tan and Wolf at #2. Tai and Hemstreet staged another comeback in the #3 showdown 6-6 (4-7), 6-0, (10-7 MT) and Shang and Wang got the clinching point with a 6-4, 7-5 win at #4. The Hill squad at #5 defeated Alter and Lisa Wei '26 6-0, 6-2 and Karapetyan and Garcia de Brigard fell 6-3, 6-0 in the #6 match that was scored as an exhibition and did not count in the team scores.

After losing its first three matches the JV team rolled through the rest of the season and finished with a record of 7-3.
