Mercersburg blanked Chambersburg (PA) high school 10-0 in a girls' JV tennis match played inside the Hale Field House October 4.

The Blue Storm dropped only three games in the ten matches as they thoroughly dominated the contest. #1 Anezka Pospisilova '26, #2 Ava Marathe '26, #3 Rita Wolf '25, #4 Bella Tai '25, #6 Delilah Hemstreet '25, and #7 Reese Alter '26 all won their singles matches 8-0, while #5 Meaghan O'Kane '26 prevailed 8-2. In the doubles session, the #1 team of Pospisilova/Marathe and the #3 team of Lisa Wei '26 and Arpi Karapetyan '24 each pitched 8-0 shutouts while the #2 team of Wolf and Emily Tan '25 won by a score of 8-1.

Mercersburg (2-3) goes for its third straight win on Wednesday, October 5 when it hosts the Jefferson Juniors (Shenandoah Jct., WV) at 4:30 p.m.
