Mercersburg defeated Stone Ridge School (Bethesda, MD) 189-192 in a girls' golf match played at the Needwood Country Club (Derwood, MD) April 11.

The Blue Storm tightly bunched their four scores with Kate Kalinowski '24 and Amanda Xi '25 both shooting solid rounds of 46 and Plern Pibuldham '23 right behind with a 47 which was her Mercersburg career low. Sihyeon Bae '25 completed the scoring with a 50.

"We are still getting into the groove and I think there is a good bit more to come from this team, said head coach Doug Smith. "That being said we saw flashes today with Plern finding her form along with Kate and Amanda continuing their steady improvement. We have many tough matches ahead of us but we are progressing to our goals."
