Girls' Cross Country Runs Well at PTXC 14

The girls' cross country team finished 7th out of 13 teams in the Blue Division of the PTXC 14 meet, hosted by Kutztown University September 9.

Anne Sehon '25 was the top finisher for the Blue Storm in a time of 22:07, which was good for 7th place, eleven spots higher than her placement last year in this race. Sehon was followed by Leah Willis '24 (25:06, which would have been faster had she not stopped to help another runner who had passed out), Gigi Devlin '24 (25:57, two minutes faster than last year), Erika Sowah '24 (26:47, one minute faster than last year), Bauhinia Chen '26 (28:28), and Linden Wallace '25 (28:37, four minutes faster than last year).

"Everyone ran great," said head coach Betsy Cunningham. "I am super impressed after a very difficult preseason and training week.  Looking forward to Ben Bloser next weekend!"
