Mercersburg participated in the PA Independent School Wrestling Tournament (PAISWT) February 17 at Germantown Academy in Fort Washington, PA. The Storm finished seventh out of nineteen teams, and sent four wrestlers through to next week's National Tournament.

In order to advance to Nationals, wrestlers must finish in the top six in their weight class. Mercersburg qualifiers included Ethan Shirk '27 (fifth at 126 lbs.), Gavin Boyd '27 (fourth at 165), Hayden Shirk '24 (fourth at 175) and Luke Hendricks '24 (fifth at 215). In addition, Amon Yamamoto '26 qualified as an alternate by taking 7th at 138 lbs., and Brayden Pearson '27 will serve as an alternate by finishing 7th at 190 lbs.

The National Prep Wrestling Championships will be held at Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA) from February 22-24.
