Mercersburg defeated Solebury (New Hope, PA) 62-32 in the opening round of the Peddie School Invitational Boys' Basketball Tournament in Hightstown, NJ December 6.

The Storm controlled the game the whole way, building a 40-15 lead by halftime and expanding it through the second half. Points were well distributed across the lineup with no one reaching double figures.  Four players (Kellen Greene '28, Thaddeus Lee '25, Josiah Wright '25, and Chris Ametepe '25) each had nine points while Cam Weyforth '27 and Joe Segal '26 added seven apiece.

Mercersburg is now 2-2 for the season and will take on Episcopal School of Dallas in the semifinals on Saturday, December 7 at 5 pm.
