Four players scored in double figures as the boys' varsity basketball team defeated host Saint James 63-53 December 11.

The game was tight throughout with the Storm building a modest three point lead at halftime and only on top by five entering the fourth quarter before securing the victory by ten.

Josiah Wright '25 led Mercersburg with 14 points with Thaddeus Lee '25 right behind him with 13. Cam Weyforth '27 chipped in 11 and Joe Segal '16 added 10 to the balanced offensive attack.

"It wasn't our best game, but we got through it for the win!" said head coach Sean Crocker.

The Storm improves to 4-3 with a home game against Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT) on Friday, December 13 at 6 pm.
