In new head coach Blaine Davies’ official debut, Mercersburg’s boys’ varsity tennis team picked up a victory for its new boss, winning four of five singles matches and one doubles match to claim a 5-4 win over visiting Washington High School March 30 at the Smoyer Tennis Center.

The Blue Storm got victories at the #2, #4, #5, and #6 singles positions, as well as at #3 doubles. Arnav Pallapothu ’23 won his doubles’ match with teammate Zane Arky ’23, and then breezed through his singles’ contest.
