The boys' varsity squash team travelled to The Haverford School (Haverford, PA) January 11 to take on the number two team in the nation, and fell by a score of 5-2.

Mercersburg's top two players, Huzaifa Ibrahim '24 and Santiago Medina '24, each won their matches, but Haverford swept the rest to take the win.

Meanwhile, the JV team hosted McDonogh School (Owings Mills, MD) for its first contest of the season, and lost 8-0 with several players missing the match due to illness or injury.

The JV squad turns right around and travels to Alexandria, VA to battle Episcopal high school on Thursday, January 12 at 5 pm while the varsity (with a record of 5-2) will host three opponents at the Davenport Squash Center on Saturday, January 14 beginning at 1 pm.
