Mercersburg travelled to Peddie School (Hightstown, NJ) for the Mid-Atlantic Prep League Swimming and Diving Championships February 3rd. The Storm took first place in both competitions, edging host Peddie 498-485 in the girls' event while outpacing Peddie 479-399 on the boys' side.

The diving competition actually took place on Friday night at Lawrenceville, and Mercersburg accumulated valuable points in that event, particularly for the girls' team.

Individual winners for the Storm included Crystal Yuen '24 (Girls' 200 Free and 100 Free), Jayden Kwon '27 (Boys' 200 IM), Borry Jiang '27 (Boys' 50 Free), Alex Van Ess (Boys' Diving), Matthew Beehler '24 (Boys' 100 Fly and 100 Back), and the relay teams in the Girls' 200 Free, Boys' 200 Free, and Boys' 400 Free.

Mercersburg will now prepare for the season-ending Eastern Swimming and Diving Championships at Franklin and Marshall College on February 16 and 17.
