For the second time this season, Bishop Walsh (Cumberland, MD) knocked off the Mercersburg softball team. The second win came by a score of 13-5 in a game played in Cumberland on May 3.

The Spartans took advantage of seven Mercersburg errors to score nine unearned runs and build an 11-3 lead after three innings. The Blue Storm only managed four hits, two of them from Kam Jenkins '26, who also led the team with two RBI and three runs scored.

Mercersburg (5-7) plays a doubleheader at Hill on Saturday, May 6 with the first game beginning at 1 pm.
