Another Big Win for Boys' V Tennis
The boys' varsity tennis team defeated visiting Washington high school (Charles Town, WV) 8-1 April 25 for their second straight 8-1 victory.
Max Zhang '26 and Simon Brennan '26 continued their impressive singles play with straight set wins and the doubles team of Bori Mirusopov '24 and Ben Cho '24 played very aggressively in an 8-4 win.
"This was a tremendous victory," said head coach Matt Mehler. "Collectively, we played some of our best tennis of the season."
Now 5-5, Mercersburg will travel to Princeton, NJ on Saturday, April 27 to take on the Hun School at 1 pm.
