Ceramics II

Intermediate ceramic principles and techniques will be taught through the use of hand-built and/or wheel-thrown objects (students’ preference). The elements of art, art historical reference, sources, and personal expression will be addressed. This course is intended to give the student an understanding of concepts common to all three-dimensional art forms. Art historical references will be researched to support the students personal expression.
