Boys' V Tennis Drops Two in Jersey

On April 22, Mercersburg’ boys’ varsity tennis team completed a match against the Hun School of Princeton which originally started March 26. Though the Blue Storm took the doubles point for an early lead, the Raiders claimed a 5-2 win by earning victories in five of the six singles matches.

The following afternoon (April 23), the Storm stayed in New Jersey to face Peddie, and fell to the Falcons, 6-1. Arnav Pallapothu ’23 won his match at #3 in a tiebreaker for the lone Mercersburg singles victory of the day. Declan Butts ’22 and Zane Arky ’23 won their match at #3 doubles, but Peddie posted victories in the other two doubles' contests to earn the point.
