Boys’ V Lacrosse Falls at Goretti

Mercersburg’s boys’ lacrosse team dropped a road contest to local foe St. Maria Goretti, 21-8, on April 26 in a game played at the Hagerstown Fairgrounds in Hagerstown, MD.

Ben Rihn ’22 scored two goals and had three assists to lead the Blue Storm, which got three goals from Davis Noone ’23, two goals from Frank Cantera ’23, and a single goal from Aidan Kirkman ’22.

In goal for Mercersburg, Luke Hendricks ’24 made 12 saves in three quarters of action.

The Storm (2-7 overall) takes on another local rival Tuesday, May 3, when it hosts St. James. Face off is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
