Alumni Ambassadors
Alumni ambassadors represent their graduating class and keep classmates in touch with each other and with the school by collecting class notes and updated contact information and sharing news from campus.
Alumni Council Members
Members of the Alumni Council serve as ambassadors for the school, building relationships with alumni and students. Learn more about the Alumni Council.
Class Agents

Loyalty Club Volunteers
The Loyalty Club includes all alumni who have celebrated their 50th reunion. Club volunteers seek to advance Mercersburg's mission by developing an active network of Loyalty Club alums through targeted communications, special events, and other activities.

Phonathon Callers
Phonathon volunteers make personal connections with fellow alumni by calling from campus or home and encouraging support of the Annual Fund.

Regional Event Volunteers
Regional event volunteers assist in choosing the date, location, and programming for Mercersburg's off-campus events. They also contact fellow alumni and friends to encourage attendance at the events.
Reunion Committee Members
Each reunion class needs a committee of leaders to help promote the reunion and plan programs and activities. Learn more about Reunion Weekend.
Senior Capstone Volunteers
Students are required to complete one of two academic capstone programs before they graduate—MAPS (Mercersburg's Advanced Program for Global Studies) and Springboard. Alumni serve as mentors to MAPS students, offer their places of business for Springboard class tours, and serve on the panels that evaluate students' year-end presentations.

Thankathon Callers
These volunteers make phone calls to thank donors for their gifts to Mercersburg and to share the school's gratitude for their generosity.
William Mann Irvine Society Volunteers
Volunteers for this leadership giving society are involved in fundraising and hosting special events for alumni, parents, and friends of the school.
Founded in 1893 in the heart of Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic, Mercersburg is a private, coed, college preparatory boarding school with approximately 435 students (15 percent are day), grades 9-12 and postgraduate.
