    Hi everyone,

Reunited … and it feels so good!

That's right: in less than 50 days, we'll be together again for our 40th reunion. While time management (including procrastination and cramming) was a skill undoubtedly learned during our days at the 'Burg, I'm writing to urge you to register for the reunion TODAY! Do not delay as you don't want to miss one of the best weekends of the year.

Nine of our classmates have already registered and 31 more are reported as planning to attend. Find a list of who's coming, a registration form, frequently asked questions, and other details at

I'm most looking forward to seeing everyone again and contemplating some of the big then/now issues like:
    • Did guard at Mercersburg translate to trouble or bliss later in life?
    • Are the then-brainiacs still the smartest folks in the room?
    • Did activity at the ’Burg foreshadow choices made later in life?
I can’t wait to see if folks have changed or are basically the same as we knew back then. Either way, I'll love seeing them again!

Whether you can spend one day or the entire weekend at the 'Burg for our reunion, it will be time well spent! Reunion Weekend is a four-day celebration designed just for us—so come back to join old friends celebrating who we are and where we came from!

    See you soon,

    Bill Allen ’79
