The Dining Hall is located in the center of campus in Ford Hall. It serves three meals daily—meals that meet both major food requirements: good nutrition and good taste!

Buffet-style breakfasts are served daily before first rotation, and from 7:45 am to 9 am on Saturday and 8 am to 11 am on Sunday.

Family-style lunches are served during the week and, to ensure a healthy learning environment, are required for both day and boarding students. Students sit at assigned tables with a faculty member. A buffet lunch is served during the weekends from 11:30 am to 1 pm.

Dinners are required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for boarding students and are served family style. Other dinners are buffet style and are served from 6 pm to 7 p.m.

While the standard dress code is always expected in the dining room, semiformal dress is expected for all Monday evening meals, the first evening meal of the school year, end-of-term dinners, the Irving-Marshall dinner and declamation, certain banquets, and other special occasions as announced.

Vegetarian entrees are also available at all meals. In addition to the meals outlined above, salad bars, deli bars, fruit, soup, and homemade bread are available at every meal.

We can also accommodate any special dietary needs. Please contact Frank Ganassa at ganassaf@mercersburg.edu or call 717-328-6131 for more information.
