Mercersburg raced to victory in seven out of eight individual events and easily claimed all three relay wins to outdistance the field in the High School Invitational, the Storm's only competition against local schools this season.  Sammy Schadt (200, 100 freestyle) and Nick Thomson (50 free, 100 backstroke) each finished with two individual event wins, in addition to swimming on a first place relay.  Mike Weinstein (200 IM), Andrew Buehler (100 butterfly), and Colin Greene (500 free) all won individual events as well.  Mercersburg swept the top two places in nine events. Dillon French finished second in the diving competition with Chambersburg, held earlier in the day.

"It was a good tune-up for our important meet in Pittsburgh next week.  Some of our swimmers swam their off events today, not the events they would normally swim,” commented Coach Pete Williams.
