2:00 p.m. V Women's Cross Country @ MAPL Meet @ Peddie
Mackenzie Riford finished fourth and Abby Colby followed close behind in fifth place, earning both runners first team All-MAPL status in the Mid-Atlantic Prep League championship held at the Peddie School. Riford ran a season low 20:05, while Colby crossed the line in a personal best 20:07. Deborah Adjibaba was 12th, with a personal record 21:25, while Julia Simons (25th, PR 22:59) and Sara Duda (28th, 23:06) rounded out the scoring for the Storm.

Peddie, led by first and second place finishes, captured the team championship. The next four teams were separated by just eight points, as Blair (65), Hill (70), Lawrenceville (71), and Mercersburg (73) crossed the line in what one coach termed 'the closest MAPL meet ever'.

"I am so pleased with how well the team did, especially being so young. Our top five runners all return next year. I am looking forward to continued improvements as our team continues to mature," commented coach Betsy Willis, reflecting on her squad's season finale.

Notes: The Storm also did well in the junior varsity race, finishing second behind the Hill School. Aimee Chace placed third overall, Magda Kala was fifth, and Stephanie Seibert was sixth.
