A masterful 3 hit pitching performance by Tom Timoney was negated by a total lack of offensive production.  Mercersburg simply could not manage a hit when we needed it.  Timoney struck out ten and only allowed a baserunner in two innings , but the Storm could only muster two hits in the entire game. Three times Mercersburg had runners on second base and in the first inning had bases loaded with only one out but could not get the hit it counted.
