As a member of the co-ed Mid-Atlantic Prep League (MAPL), the Blue Storm is a spirited opponent. The MAPL is comprised of many independent boarding schools similar to Mercersburg. Long-standing MAPL rivals include Lawrenceville School, The Hill School, The Peddie School, and Blair Academy. Mercersburg teams also compete against public schools in the surrounding area.
