Biography: Karl’s skills and enthusiasm have made him a popular coach, not only on campus, where he has coached wrestling, football, and baseball, but also in the community. A graduate of The Hill School and the University of Pennsylvania, Karl studied history and English, and was honored his senior year as lightweight Football All-American. Karl teaches history in the classroom on campus. Locally, Karl has served as president of the Mercersburg Rotary Club and as president of the Tuscarora Jaycees. He is also a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church Council, and a member of the Mercersburg Area Youth Organization, which provides academic and emotional support to area teenagers.
