Biography: Prior to coming to Mercersburg in 1989, Bill was assistant director of admission at Hartwick College in New York, and associate director of admission at Kalamazoo College in Michigan. In 1997, he ended a three-year term as vice-president for Admission Practices of the National Association of College Admission Counselors (NACAC), and then served a three-year term on the College Scholarship Service (part of The College Board). Bill also served as the NACAC liaison to the NCAA from 1995-2000. | ||
