Biography: Matthew is an English teacher at Mercersburg. He was twice nominated for the Pushcart Prize with other poems published widely. He served as the community representative for the Conference on Southern Women Writers at Berry College and served on the board of directors for the Rome Area Council for the Arts. Matthew has also taught courses in literature and composition at Rutgers University; New Jersey State Prison; Mercer County Community College; and Florida Community College. He has had three volumes of poetry published: Going Native, Somewhere Torn, and El Mundo Como Otro Mundo. | ||
