Board of Regents

Mercersburg's governing body is the Board of Regents. The Board comprises up to 30 alumni, parents of alumni, and parents of current students. Current Regents hail from 12 states, as well as Germany and Israel.

The Board includes seven standing committees: Academic Policy/Campus Life, Admission/College Counseling, Building and Grounds, Development, Finance and Audit, Investment, and Nominating. The board meets three times a year, in October, January, and April. Board members are elected for three-year terms.
